Pioneer Works is a cultural space in New York, where artists and scientists come together to create new ideas. They aim to foster artists at the intersection of art, music, science, and technology. They provide many events and activities, exhibitions, and residency programs.

The overall brand identity is inspired by assembling movement between screw and bolt. The logo metaphorically represents how different areas of experts communicate and interact, emphasizing the pioneering spirit and radical mindset of artists. The screw and bolt graphic was inspired by the history of the Pioneer Works (PW) building. They were formerly an iron company and have been repurposed into the current gallery space. The logo expands to serve as a versatile graphic system and brand typography was born based on the icons representing the letters” a, e, o.”
